About Maura Fredericks
Coaching leads to behavior change.
You Begin with a small shift.
Meet Maura.
I’ve made shifts by working with my own coaches and observed behavior changes in my clients at all levels of leadership.
I believe my job is to support and guide your change process. You know you want something to be different, and some things you discover about yourself could surprise you. Typically, my clients expand their emotional and social intelligence, hone their self-awareness, expedite decisions, and develop their relationship capital. From all of this work comes tangible, sustainable behavior change.
Are you ready to lead differently?
Making a commitment to personal and professional development is a sign of strength.
Coaching is built on interpersonal relationships and its foundation is trust. With candor and vulnerability, we explore current patterns and future potential.
I combine my organizational development background with coach training in positive psychology and additional course work in Narrative Coaching to help leaders confidently approach their conversations and relationships with ease.
Like you, I invest in personal and professional growth and go through the discomfort of inner work. I know how critical it is to have an ally, an objective advisor to be your guide as you cultivate curiosity to move toward what is possible.
